We’re working with a leading B2C retail brand to recruit an experienced CRM Marketing Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to own and manage a brand-new customer loyalty scheme while delivering innovative CRM and marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and growth. As CRM & Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of CRM initiatives with a strong focus on the loyalty programme. Using customer insights and data, you’ll deliver personalised campaigns that enhance customer journeys, increase loyalty, and maximise lifetime value. Key Responsibilities β€’ Manage and develop the loyalty scheme to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention. β€’ Deliver data-driven CRM campaigns across email, web, social, and in-store channels. β€’ Analyse customer insights and campaign performance to optimise strategy and ROI. β€’ Collaborate cross-functionally to create integrated marketing campaigns. β€’ Oversee CRM systems, data accuracy, and GDPR compliance. About You β€’ Proven experience managing loyalty programmes and CRM strategies within a B2C environment. β€’ Skilled in CRM systems, marketing automation, and customer segmentation. β€’ Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. β€’ Previous retail or eCommerce experience is highly desirable.
