Weβre working with a leading B2C retail brand to recruit an experienced CRM Marketing Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to own and manage a brand-new customer loyalty scheme while delivering innovative CRM and marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and growth.
As CRM & Marketing Manager, youβll lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of CRM initiatives with a strong focus on the loyalty programme. Using customer insights and data, youβll deliver personalised campaigns that enhance customer journeys, increase loyalty, and maximise lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Manage and develop the loyalty scheme to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
β’ Deliver data-driven CRM campaigns across email, web, social, and in-store channels.
β’ Analyse customer insights and campaign performance to optimise strategy and ROI.
β’ Collaborate cross-functionally to create integrated marketing campaigns.
