Location: Orlando, FL (On-site) Salary: $45,000–$50,000 (Full-Time) Shift: Monday–Friday, Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Orlando, FL. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, optimizing user experience, and driving customer satisfaction across our ecommerce platform. You’ll be a key player in maintaining customer relationships and ensuring every client has a seamless and positive experience with our brand. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and chat inquiries, take phone orders, and deliver outstanding customer service. Engage with customers through timely, creative communication to drive sales and build brand loyalty. Resolve customer concerns proactively and cost-effectively; coordinate special requests with internal teams including warehouse, engraving, and shipping. Maintain and manage customer accounts with accuracy and care. Monitor and report on product performance and customer feedback. Develop and implement new ideas to increase customer reach and improve sales conversion rates. Enhance the customer journey by optimizing the user experience on our ecommerce site. Assist in custom product production and personalization. Handle daily order processing and ensure timely shipping. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong focus on customer satisfaction and support. High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and organize tasks efficiently. Professional communication skills, especially when working with high-end clientele. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Skills Experience in ecommerce or online retail sales. Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe Photoshop.
