We’re seeking an D2C Experience & Content Manager to help us deliver a best-in-industry, content-driven, high-performing website experience that drives D2C revenue and grows customer loyalty, while elevating brand perception. Job Overview We’re looking for a strategic and execution-driven D2C Experience & Content Manager. Working closely with the marketing, creative, eCommerce, and growth teams (including our external agency), you’ll ensure every digital touchpoint is optimized for brand impact and commercial performance. From managing high-converting landing pages and UX improvements to briefing and testing performance-driven paid creative, you’ll be at the center of campaign planning, execution, and continuous improvement. This is a highly collaborative, cross-functional role ideal for someone who blends strong analytical thinking with creative intuition—and thrives in a very fast-paced, test-and-learn environment. You'll Do • Lead end-to-end campaign execution across website and paid media, taking full ownership of monthly briefs that drive B2C sales, reflect brand standards, and meet industry best practices. • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, eCommerce, and growth teams to develop integrated campaigns optimized for full-funnel performance across all digital touchpoints. • Manage the content and creative management for paid media channels—including Meta, Google, YouTube, and others—ensuring messaging and visuals are cohesive, elevated, and optimized for performance. • Support our growth marketing initiatives, including content development and ongoing optimizations for paid media and other channels. • Develop and maintain a testing personalization roadmap for ad creative and landing pages—driving continual improvement in ROAS, CAC, and CVR, and building top-converting experiences that maximize media and CRM performance. • Support the Director of E-Commerce on UX/UI and web development initiatives—implementing innovative features, designs, and optimizations to enhance the user experience and increase conversions. • Lead merchandising planning and on-site storytelling, ensuring content is strategically positioned to improve navigation, conversion rates, and site speed across key launches, campaigns and promotions. • Leverage website and paid media performance data to inform decisions—creating dashboards, reports, and performance analyses to surface insights and guide future content, site, and media strategies. • Champion a test-and-learn mindset, continuously piloting new digital marketing initiatives, tools, and ideas to stay ahead of industry trends and evolving customer behavior. You are • 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and/or content roles at a D2C brand, agency, or high-growth startup. • Experience working with external agencies preferred. • Proven track record optimizing website content and managing ad creative in a performance-driven environment. • Shopify+ and Shogun experience preferred. • Deep understanding of the digital customer journey and how to influence behavior through UX, messaging, and storytelling. • Experience with A/B testing (website + paid media), CRO, and landing page optimization strategies. • Comfortable interpreting data from GA4, Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, Clarity, etc. to make strategic content decisions. • Exceptional project management and organizational skills—able to juggle multiple campaigns and cross-functional stakeholders with ease. Experience with Asana or similar project management software highly desired. • Strong eye for aesthetics, detail, and brand voice. Experience in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle categories is preferred. • Bachelor's Degree • Strong relationship management and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and autonomously, while proactively achieving goals and completing tasks on time. • Ability to communicate fluently in English.
