This role is key to producing high-quality digital assets for e-commerce, social, and digital marketing channels. The Digital Designer will collaborate across content, brand, and marketing teams to deliver engaging, on-brand creative that elevates product storytelling and ensures consistency across retail partners such as Sephora, Ulta, Macy’s, Target, Amazon, and QVC. • Adapt and resize artwork, graphics, and seasonal assets for retail platforms, optimized for mobile-first experiences.

• Build scalable, modular PSDs and maintain organized digital asset libraries.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks, propose process improvements, and support efficient cross-team handoffs.
• Leverage AI-powered creative tools (Adobe Firefly, Photoshop Generative Fill, ChatGPT, etc.) to streamline production and ideation.
