Role description
Client Overview: Our client, a global retailer, is seeking a Digital Account Manager to join their team in Hoboken, New Jersey.
Role Overview: As a Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for helping grow advertising partnerships. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with internal Sales, Product, and Marketing teams, as well as external Brand Managers, Analytics, and E-Commerce teams, along with national media and shopper marketing agencies. Account Managers should excel at problem-solving, leading process execution, and maintaining accountability throughout projects. This position requires experience working on a cross-functional, revenue-generating team within a complex organization.
Digital Account Manager Responsibilities:
β’ Managing client campaigns and revenue performance.
β’ Building strategic campaign recommendations based on a deep understanding of clientsβ business goals and marketing objectives.
β’ Driving the end-to-end creative process between the client and internal creative teams.
β’ Managing agency proposal templates and tagging.
β’ Partnering closely with campaign management on activation, trafficking, and optimization.
β’ Providing frequent communication and updates with clients and internal stakeholders regarding campaigns.
β’ Working closely with Measurement & Analytics teams to ensure reporting accuracy.
β’ Sharing actionable insights and recommendations to support client strategy and drive incremental revenue.
β’ Supporting monthly campaign billing, ensuring accuracy and delivery.
β’ Working cross-functionally within the organization to drive strong results for clients.
β’ Mentoring senior campaign managers and junior associates.
β’ Collaborate with Sales professionals to develop proposals, provide deal evaluation, revisions, and follow-up. Support Quarterly Business Reviews and Joint Business Partnerships.
β’ Maintain relationships, manage day-to-day business with clients, and identify growth opportunities to drive additional revenue beyond the original contracted amount.
β’ Lead campaign kick-offs and performance discussions with clients.
β’ Provide technical guidance on campaign specifications and resolve troubleshooting issues.
β’ Deliver on all role-specific accountability metrics and goals.
