We are seeking a Digital Advertising Specialist (PPC Focus) to join our team. This role is not client-facing—instead, you’ll work behind the scenes to design, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns that deliver measurable results. While SEO knowledge is a plus, the primary focus will be on PPC execution and performance optimization.
Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day execution and optimization of paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy.
• Develop and test ad copy, extensions, and creative variations to improve CTR and conversion rates.
• Manage budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to maximize efficiency and ROI.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide internal reporting with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with SEO, CRO, and analytics specialists to ensure alignment across demand generation efforts.
• Ensure proper tracking and attribution setup within GA4, Google Tag Manager, and client martech stacks (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
• Stay current with paid search trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
• 3–5 years of hands-on PPC experience in an agency environment, managing multi-account paid media portfolios.
• Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and paid media optimization strategies.
• Experience improving campaign efficiency and performance against key metrics (CAC, ROAS, CPS, LTV).
• Familiarity with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate improvement tactics.
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals (a plus, not required).
• Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and reporting/analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
