Graphic Designer Location: Totowa, NJ (100% onsite) Salary: $60-85K Depending on experience A long-established and globally recognized brand is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its in-house creative team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in digital and print design, particularly email marketing, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will bring a sharp eye for detail, strong digital instincts, and a passion for creating compelling visual content across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities β€’ Email Marketing Assets: Lead the design and production of email campaigns, including layouts, graphics, and promotional content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing goals. β€’ Digital Campaigns: Support the development of design assets for paid ads, landing pages, and promotional banners across various digital channels. β€’ Social Media Design: Create engaging, on-brand graphics for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest. β€’ Print Design: Design packaging, signage, mailers, and other physical brand collateral. β€’ Wholesale & B2B Materials: Produce sell sheets, lookbooks, catalogs, and other materials for studio and wholesale partners. β€’ Website & E-commerce: Create visual assets for the brand’s website, including homepage sliders, collection graphics, promotional tiles, and product spotlights. β€’ Production & File Prep: Prepare and export both digital and print-ready files, ensuring accuracy and high production quality. β€’ Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Art Director and teams across Product Development, E-commerce, and Digital Marketing to maintain visual consistency. Qualifications β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field β€’ 3–5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in fashion, retail, or consumer goods β€’ Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and email platforms such as Klaviyo β€’ Strong understanding of digital design best practices, especially for email marketing and e-commerce β€’ Experience preparing files for print and packaging β€’ Skills in video editing, motion graphics, and GIF creation are a plus β€’ Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus β€’ Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling abilities β€’ Ability to take creative direction and deliver multiple design solutions β€’ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously β€’ Collaborative team player with a growth mindset
