Position Overview:
LTIMindtree is seeking a dynamic and experienced P&L Leader Digital Experience with deep understanding of digital technologies, strong communication skills, and a consultative approach for Consumer-Packaged Goods and Retail clients.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and Execute GTM strategy aligned with digital transformation and CX trends for all Retail and Consumer Products Clients.
1. Work with the Industry Sales Teams to identify and prospect potential clients who can benefit from digital customer experience transformation solutions β spanning Strategy, Design, Marketing, Commerce, Customer Service.
1. Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand clients' current challenges and pain points related to customer experience.
1. Develop a deep understanding of our digital customer experience transformation offerings (including customer experience strategy, design, Martech, Commerce and Digital experience platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, Sitecore, etc.) and articulate their value proposition to potential clients.
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including solution architects, consultants, and project managers, to develop tailored solutions that address clients' specific requirements. Work closely with marketing teams to execute campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiatives that build pipeline. (Design studios, Experience engineering, Marketing Services) to support client pursuits.
1. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations that effectively communicate the benefits and ROI of our solutions.
1. Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure profitable deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
1. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the sales process and beyond.
1. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies related to digital customer experience transformation.
1. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the business.
Requirements
β’ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, design or a related field. MBA in Marketing or Masterβs in Design is a plus.
β’ Proven track record of success in consultative sales, preferably within the digital customer experience or technology industry.
β’ Strong knowledge of digital technologies, customer experience management, and digital transformation trends. Experience with technology platform such as Adobe, Acquia, Sitecore, SAP Commerce, BigCommerce, Microsoft Dynamix CRM, Adobe Magento, Marketo, Sharepoint, Liferay, Backbase, Contentful etc.
β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with key stakeholders.
β’ Demonstrated ability to understand complex client needs and develop innovative solutions to address them. Prior experience of presales, estimation and solutioning would be good.
β’ Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
β’ Strong business acumen and the ability to identify new opportunities and trends in the market.
β’ Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on driving revenue growth.
Pay Range: Base Salary USD 200,000-250,000
In addition, we offer a bonus which is dependent on the achievement of targets by the role holder as well as the organization.
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
