Digital Marketing Manager – Web & Performance 📍 Hybrid – Hicksville, NY | 🕒 Full Time Nassau Candy is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager, Web & Performance, to lead the strategic development and execution of our digital marketing initiatives. This role will own website performance, email marketing, SEO, and paid media , ensuring a seamless and optimized user experience across our B2B site. You’ll work closely with our outside marketing agency, sales, merchandising, and web development teams to drive digital growth, boost customer engagement, and deliver data-backed insights that shape our digital roadmap. 💼 What You’ll Do 🌐 Website Strategy & Optimization • Manage daily site operations: homepage updates, landing page builds, product accuracy, and UX improvements. • Identify and implement technical enhancements to improve diagnostics and customer experience. 📧 Email & CRM Marketing ( Klaviyo ) • Develop campaign calendars, automated workflows, and dynamic segmentation strategies. • Integrate customer data for personalized, performance-driven email programs. 🔍 Paid Search Management (Google Ads) • Create campaigns, manage budgets, track performance, and optimize results. • Collaborate with our marketing agency and Google reps to maximize ROI. 📈 SEO & Organic Growth • Conduct weekly audits, manage metadata, and make content recommendations. • Drive organic traffic through on-page and backend optimization. 🛠 Tech Stack Oversight • Manage tools like TrustPilot , Faster, SearchSpring , and others to improve functionality, engagement, and conversion. 📊 Analytics & Reporting • Deliver reporting on site metrics, PPC, and email performance on a weekly and monthly basis • Translate data into actionable insights for sales, merchandising, and marketing teams. 🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with developers to fix bugs, execute upgrades, and explore new integrations. • Work with customer service to address digital issues impacting customer experience. 🎯 What We’re Looking For • 5–7 years in B2B digital marketing, eCommerce, or performance marketing • Proven eCommerce platform management experience • Hands-on with Klaviyo , Google Ads, and SEMrush (or similar) • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and CRO best practices • Experience creating and optimizing automated email campaigns • Exceptional analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and transform insights into high-impact marketing initiatives. • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills 🏢 Work Environment • Hybrid – Based in our Long Island, NY office (Hicksville) • 3 days on-site preferred , but open to remote for the right candidate 📌 Why Nassau Candy? • Over 40 years of industry leadership in specialty confections, gourmet foods, and promotional products • A collaborative team environment that values innovation, creativity, and results • Competitive compensation and benefits package If you’re ready to make an impact in a creative and growth-focused environment, we want to hear from you. 📨 Apply today and help us take Nassau Candy’s digital presence to the next level!
