Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Paid Digital Marketing Manager with a strong focus on SEM/Paid Search to join (Slack division) on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in large-scale SEM campaign management, budget optimization, and performance analysis to drive acquisition and growth.
Responsibilities
β’ Manage and optimize large-scale SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, etc.) to meet pipeline and ROI goals.
β’ Develop paid search strategies that align with business objectives.
β’ Partner with analytics teams to measure campaign impact, attribution, and optimize budget allocation.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, ops) to align SEM efforts with business growth.
β’ Report on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Must-Have Skills
β’ 5+ years of hands-on SEM/Paid Search campaign management
β’ Strong experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Kenshoo/Skai, Google Analytics
β’ Proven track record of managing $1M+ budgets and optimizing for CAC/ROI
β’ Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise marketing campaigns preferred
β’ Strong analytical mindset; ability to translate data into strategy
β’ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice-to-Have
β’ Experience with Salesforce CRM/Marketing Cloud
β’ Familiarity with SQL, MMM, or advanced attribution modeling
β’ Exposure to Paid Social or Programmatic in addition to SEM
