Media Buyer / Digital Marketing Manager
to research, strategize, and then run ads across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Google, and other platforms. We currently spend over $3 million a month across these platforms, and youโll be helping increase that to $5 million this year. You will be working with some of the biggest names in the industry, including clients like Russell Brunson, Anik Singal, Mike Tyson, Dan Bilzerian, and many more. Youโll work within a pod of videographers, copywriters, strategists, and data scientists to plan each clientโs campaigns, forecast targets, script and direct creatives, then launch and optimize to meet forecasted goals every quarter. Responsibilities: Media Buying:
Manage ad spend across platforms like YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Search & Display, often upwards of $50,000 - $75,000 daily. Be prepared to scale campaigns rapidly when they perform well. Forecasting:
Create scenarios and forecasts based on current ad metrics, aiming to lower CPCs and increase conversion rates to meet client targets. Data-Driven Decision Making:
Analyze performance data for ads, landing pages, and offers to optimize results. Funnel Strategy:
Identify and improve underperforming pages within sales funnels to increase conversions and revenue. Creative Strategy:
Collaborate with the creative team to develop new angles and ideas that drive campaign success. Brainstorming:
Develop innovative growth strategies and campaign ideas to differentiate us from competitors. Competitor Research:
Analyze competitorsโ successful campaigns to inform our strategies, avoiding reinventing the wheel. Results: Achieve 80% of projected quarterly bonus targets from client revenue. Meet or exceed 75% of client quarterly profit goals. Hit 100% of quarterly ad budget targets. Maintain a 'B+' rating or higher during quarterly reviews. Communication Expectations: Use Slack for client communication. Prioritize over-communication and prompt responses. Participate in weekly team meetings and daily stand-ups.
