Role description
As the Lead for Performance Marketing you will lead and execute marketing strategies focused on driving customer acquisition and growth at Unique Brands. In this role, you will develop data-driven marketing campaigns, work with cross-functional teams, and collaborate with Product, Digital, and Creative teams to optimize and streamline our marketing efforts. You will analyze market trends and implement effective strategies to increase revenue by reaching high-value prospects. You will also manage performance metrics and ensure all initiatives are aligned with overall business goals and objectives. This role is based in our NYC headquarters, requires weekly in-office work Monday-Friday, and reports to our President.

The annual base salary for this position begins at 90k. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
Responsibilities

β’ Utilize an analytical mindset and leverage data to drive informed decision-making
β’ Map strategies back to business goals to ensure alignment with company objectives
β’ Build and maintain a structured learning agenda to support continuous improvement and growth
β’ Influence cross-functional teams to drive collaborative solutions and successful execution
β’ Bridge Measurement & Performance
β’ Proactively provide insights and perspectives to address challenges and improve outcomes
β’ Continuously monitor and assess progress against set goals to ensure objectives are being met.
β’ Demonstrate a deep understanding of measurement methodologies and effectively manage an analyst to ensure accurate and actionable results.
Qualifications
β’ 3-5+ years of relevant performance marketing experience, with influencer/affiliate experience preferred
β’ Deep understanding of automation and machine learning and the levers that will increase efficiency, personalization, and ROI across the paid marketing ecosystem
β’ Comprehension of multiple measurement approaches, including multi-touch attribution models, incrementality testing and media mix modeling
β’ Strong collaboration with analytics and data science teams to design, implement, and validate measurement frameworks
β’ Experience building and maintaining a structured learning agenda to test hypotheses, validate media impact, and scale successful tactics
β’ Expert-level understanding of Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads, with a proven track record of driving efficient customer acquisition
β’ Understanding of how to use creative as a performance lever, especially creative diversification
