About Nocs Provisions
Nocs Provisions is a fast-growing startup dedicated to creating innovative, high-quality products that inspire and delight our customers. With a strong focus on design, sustainability, and functionality, we’re building a team of passionate individuals who thrive in dynamic and creative environments. As a startup, flexibility and adaptability are key to our success, and we’re looking for a versatile Digital Marketing Manager who is ready to take on diverse responsibilities and grow with us.
Nocs was launched in 2019 with an idea that more people would find that they feel better being in nature, immersing themselves in their surroundings, and seeking presence and connection to the moment.
As the world has evolved over the past five years, we’ve found this fact to be more true than ever. Outdoor participation is growing globally, younger people are stopping the doom scroll to return to nature. Finding a connection to our natural world has become almost counterculture for young people. We’re here for it.

Position Summary
Nocs Provisions is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a strategic and creative individual with a passion for driving measurable results through digital marketing initiatives. As part of a small but growing team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape your role, take ownership of projects, and contribute to our company’s vision.
Part email expert, part social strategist, part instigator—we’re looking for someone to own and evolve Nocs Provisions’ digital presence across social, email, and emerging platforms. You’ll be the voice behind our channels and the brain behind our calendar—shaping how our community sees, hears, and engages with the brand day in and day out.
From crafting sharp emails and compelling reels to engaging with followers and curating ambassador content, you’ll lead our digital storytelling with creativity, clarity, and purpose. You’ll work cross-functionally to align on campaigns, distill data into insights, and keep a pulse on what’s resonating and where we go next. Some days you’ll be editing UGC and writing captions; other days, you’ll be deep in analytics or testing new platforms and strategies. Always, you’ll be asking: how do we grow this brand with authenticity, impact, and a bit of edge?
We’re looking for someone who knows the power of a well-timed post, an unforgettable subject line, and a community-first approach to marketing. Someone who can blend creative instincts with performance-driven thinking—and who sees digital not just as a channel, but as a living, breathing extension of our values and voice.
Lastly, you’re not alone! This role will work closely with other in-house marketing stakeholders and external support to bring your work, brand campaigns and other projects to life.
What You’ll Do
• Lead Digital Strategy & Campaign Execution across channels including email, organic social, affiliate, and more—ensuring campaigns are on-brand, timely, and performance-driven.
• Manage and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo, crafting customer journeys, flows, and one-off sends that drive engagement and conversion. Includes campaigns and flows. List and segment growth.
• Own social media strategy and day-to-day management across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Reddit—including scheduling, community engagement, and performance optimization.
• Oversee affiliate partnerships and influencer marketing programs, from recruitment to activation to reporting. We use GRIN.
• Develop, edit, and publish content across owned channels, leveraging a mix of original creative, UGC, and partner assets to tell the brand story in a way that feels fresh, real, and relevant.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and creative teams to align messaging, seasonal priorities, and visual direction across campaigns.
• Measure, analyze, and report on performance of digital campaigns—providing actionable insights to refine strategy and improve ROI.
• Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep our marketing agile and impactful.
Qualifications
• 2 - 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of leading and executing integrated campaigns across email, social, and paid channels.
• Deep understanding of major digital platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and affiliate networks—plus the ability to adapt strategy for each.
• Strong experience with email platforms like Klaviyo (or equivalent), including segmentation, A/B testing, and automation.
• Experience working with influencers, ambassadors, and affiliate partners to drive engagement and performance.
• Confident copywriter with a brand voice mindset—able to write sharp subject lines, compelling social copy, and persuasive calls to action.
• Familiar with performance metrics (e.g. ROAS, CTR, open rate, engagement rate, CAC) and able to translate data into creative and strategic insights.
• Working knowledge of content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Highly organized with a proactive, self-starter mentality—you’re comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines at once.
• Passionate about storytelling, brand-building, and community—and excited to work for a brand rooted in the outdoors, design, and sustainability.
• Stoked to go birding!
A Day in the Life
• Check Slack, email, and your task board to align on priorities for the day—whether it’s prepping a campaign launch or reviewing content performance.
• Do a morning sweep of our social platforms: ensure scheduled posts are live and polished, engage with comments, answer DMs, and interact with ambassador content.
• Review email performance from yesterday’s send, pull key metrics in Klaviyo, and flag ideas for A/B testing subject lines or layout improvements.
• Meet with the creative team to align on content for an upcoming campaign—review briefs, assign asset needs, and ensure brand alignment across channels.
• Write and schedule social posts for the week in our planning tool, tailoring messaging and assets by platform and audience.
• Hop on a call with an affiliate partner or ambassador to discuss campaign alignment, deliverables, and upcoming product seeding.
• Pull performance data from Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager, updating dashboards and identifying opportunities to refine campaign targeting or creative.
• Capture or edit quick social content—whether that’s trimming a reel, writing captions, or concepting a story series for an upcoming launch.
• Wrap the day by updating your campaign tracker, tagging standout UGC for next week’s content plan, and previewing tomorrow’s posts.
Compensation
• $75,000 - 85,000 total salary
• Fully paid medical, vision, and dental insurance.
• Flexible schedule and work hours.
Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Peak Design is considering for this position.
