We are seeking a proactive and results-focused TikTok & Amazon Paid Ads Manager to optimize and grow our TikTok and Amazon advertising campaigns. In this versatile role, you will combine strategic campaign management, in-depth data analysis, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to boost sales and enhance customer engagement on two of the most impactful e-commerce platforms.
Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on both TikTok and Amazon platforms to drive brand awareness, traffic, and sales.
Create strategic ad plans tailored to platform-specific audiences and business objectives.
Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and keyword research for Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and TikTok ad formats.
Analyze campaign performance using TikTok Ads Manager, Amazon Advertising Console, and other analytics tools to deliver data-driven optimizations.
Collaborate with marketing, creative, product, and sales teams to ensure consistent branding and effective ad creatives across platforms.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, clicks, conversions, return on ad spend (ROAS), and provide regular reporting and actionable insights.
Stay abreast of evolving platform policies, ad tech trends, and best practices to maintain optimal campaign performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
Proven experience managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns on both TikTok and Amazon platforms.
In-depth knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager, Amazon Advertising Console, and PPC campaign management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and transform it into strategic decisions.
Expertise in keyword research, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and campaign scaling.
Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon DSP, and familiarity with e-commerce marketing is an advantage.
Exceptional communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
Creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing and continuous optimization.
Proficiency in Korean (reading, writing, and speaking) is a strong advantage.
