About the Role Weโ€™re seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts and grow our e-commerce presence. In this role, youโ€™ll develop and execute strategies that drive traffic, boost conversions, and build lasting customer relationships. Youโ€™ll oversee digital campaigns, manage content, and leverage data to continually optimize performance, while ensuring our brand stays consistent and engaging across all channels. Key Responsibilities Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies across paid media, SEO, content marketing, email, and social media. Manage and grow the companyโ€™s presence on LinkedIn, while supporting other social media channels in collaboration with the Social Media Manager. Create and oversee engaging, on-brand content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and online ads. Design and run targeted paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.), monitoring performance and ROI. Implement and manage effective email marketing campaigns and automation workflows (newsletters, promotions, welcome series, abandoned cart reminders). Optimize product listings, landing pages, and Shopify store content for SEO and higher conversion rates. Monitor sales funnel performance, conduct A/B testing, and implement improvements to increase conversion and retention. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity to inform strategies. Track key metrics and provide regular performance reports to management using Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and other tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, inventory, and customer service, to ensure marketing aligns with business goals and stock availability. Manage marketing budgets to ensure campaigns deliver strong ROI. Stay informed on emerging digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices. What Weโ€™re Looking For Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven track record in digital marketing, e-commerce, and online sales growth, preferably within a Shopify environment. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and content marketing best practices. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads). Experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for engaging content creation. Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and make informed decisions. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Creative problem-solver with a passion for marketing and e-commerce growth. Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points) Familiarity with CRM tools and customer loyalty programs. Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis. Understanding of liquidation, resale, or retail returns markets.
