Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products/services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.
This role requires a deep understanding of the current digital marketing landscape, new technologies, and a passion for data-driven strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
β’ Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
SEO & SEM:
β’ Manage and optimize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads.
β’ Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
β’ Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
Content & Social Media Marketing:
β’ Develop and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience
β’ Create, curate, and manage all published content across our social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok).
β’ Grow our social media presence by engaging with our community and running targeted social advertising campaigns through an agency.
Ecommerce Marketing:
β’ Run native display and search campaigns on Amazon and Noon in direct coordination with sales team.
β’ Drive results and manage the budget accordingly.
β’ Analyze campaign performance and drive improvements.
Analytics & Reporting:
β’ Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).
β’ Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
β’ Identify trends and insights and optimize spending and performance based on the insights.
β’ Collaboration:
β’ Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and a cohesive marketing strategy.
β’ Collaborate with creative agencies and other vendor partners as needed.
Education Qualification and Experience:
β’ Bachelors or Masters degree with specialization in Marketing
β’ Minimum 8 years of experience in similar field
β’ Experience in Electronics industry is preferred
