About the Role Total Wine & More is seeking a Digital Merchandiser, Spirits to join our Digital Merchandising team in our Bethesda, MD office. You will play a critical role in planning, designing, and launching engaging digital experiences that inspire exploration and make it easy for customers to find their next favorite bottle. From landing pages and navigation to curated product pages and category storytelling, youโ€™ll have a direct impact on customer engagement and profitable growth. Youโ€™ll join a collaborative, creative, and dataโ€‘driven team that values innovation, experimentation, and attention to detail. Youโ€™ll gain exposure to cross-functional strategy and execution and help bring our digital journey for Spirits to life โ€” all while growing your skills in eCommerce, digital product discovery, and customer experience. You will report to the Senior Manager, Digital Merchandising Spirits. You will Drive strategy and execution for digital merchandising across the Spirits category, from site navigation and taxonomy to product curation and conversion levers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as merchandising, marketing, to plan, develop, and optimize online strategies for growing sales and maximizing margin. Partner with marketing and analytics to build and launch engaging landing pages, seasonal features, and campaign moments. Be responsible for analyzing and optimizing key website features (e.g. navigation and taxonomy) in order to improve discovery and conversion rates. Be responsible for spirits category representation on our digital platforms, working with a merchandising team to ensure alignment. Leverage customer insights and performance data to recommend improvements to digital content, layouts, and journeys. You will come with Bachelorโ€™s degree with 3-4 years of relevant experience in in an e-commerce or omni-channel capacity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills a must, particularly Microsoft Excel. Experience with cross-functional team communication and collaboration. Ability to work in a fast paced, hands on environment.
