Position Overview As a Digital Merchandiser Manager, you will execute and manage ecommerce merchandising across our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Business-to-Business (B2B) sites. In this role, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining homepage, category, product, and promotional content to support product discovery, conversion, and engagement. You will work across teams to ensure that both storefronts are visually compelling, aligned with marketing priorities, and updated on schedule with accuracy and consistency. Key Responsibilities • Own and execute all content updates across the DTC and B2B ecommerce sites. • Manage homepage banners, collection pages, promotions, product launches, and category updates. • Maintain a merchandising calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns, seasonal themes, and product releases. • Curate product assortments and apply sorting, filtering, and categorization strategies to enhance the site experience. • Implement cross-sell and upsell content to support conversion and average order value. • Ensure that all merchandising elements follow brand guidelines, meet visual standards, and are consistent. • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ecommerce platform reporting) to track/monitor product and category performance. • Monitor conversion rates, sell-through, click-through, and other KPIs to inform re-merchandising efforts and content placement. • Identify gaps and opportunities in content or product visibility based on performance trends. • Work with marketing and creative teams to align site updates with active campaigns and product storytelling with onsite execution. • Coordinate with inventory and operations to merchandise based on availability, delivery timelines, and sales goals. • Collaborate with web development teams to test and implement merchandising tools and troubleshoot content-related issues. • May be asked to perform additional duties, as necessary. Position Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar field required. • 3 years of hands-on experience in ecommerce merchandising. • Experience working in ecommerce platforms to manage content and product data. • Strong understanding of digital merchandising, customer experience, and best practices. • Analytical mindset with experience using GA4, or similar tools. • Experience with merchandising and engagement platforms like Klaviyo or similar preferred. • Merchandising experience for both DTC and B2B customer segments preferred. • Passion for or knowledge of the coffee industry. • Internal Only: Experience with Community Coffee, even if unrelated, may fulfill this requirement at the discretion of the hiring manager with approval from Human Resources Foundational Competencies • Builds Trust • Continuous Learner • Customer Centric • Effective Communication • Integrity • Results Oriented Additional Competencies • Accountability • Resourcefulness • Collaborates • Interpersonal Agility • Takes Action Physical Demands/Work Environment Required The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
