Job purpose
We are looking for an experienced Digital Product Manager to take ownership of our flagship website (oxfordinternational.com and respective subdomains) and support its transition from a large-scale rebuild project into business-as-usual (BAU). This is a manager-level, fixed-term contract (until end of August 2026) role that will play a critical part in embedding new ways of working, supporting ongoing enhancements, and ensuring the website delivers against the needs of B2C and B2B. This role requires commercial acumen to identify cross-sell opportunities.
You will work closely with the Marketing team and act as the central point of contact for digital product management for the respective BAU platforms, balancing business priorities with user needs, managing the product life cycle and ensuring a smooth transition into BAU operations.
Main duties and responsibilities
• Product Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of Oxfordinternational.com multisite and product development (BAU), managing the roadmap, backlog, and operations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales (GRT), Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Corporate Partnerships to capture requirements, improve journeys and prioritise website enhancements.
• Requirements Gathering: Translate business and user needs into clear briefs including technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• BAU Operations: Working with internal developers within Digital Products and across the business, as well as external suppliers to oversee ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and issue resolution.
• Data & Insights: Use GA4, MS Clarity, SEMrush, and other analytics tools to track performance, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
• Marketing Alignment: Ensure the website supports marketing objectives, including SEO optimisation, lead generation, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
• UX & Content: Champion best practice in UX, accessibility, and content presentation to enhance user experience and engagement.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimise workflows, implement new features, and improve operational efficiency.
• Governance & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, prepare quarterly performance reports, and ensure website activity aligns with wider business goals.
• Define and embed new processes and ways of working: Establish and document clear workflows for website management, ensuring smooth handover from project to BAU and embedding best practice across teams and suppliers.
• Support the Digital Transformation Project Lead: Collaborate to gather, validate, and prioritise requirements for the development of the multisite model, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.

• Proven experience as a Digital Product Manager, ideally with responsibility
• for Higher Education websites.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including technical SEO and digital performance metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to write and manage technical requirements and user stories.
• Knowledge of UX best practice, usability testing, and user-centred design principles.
• Experience in Higher Education, EdTech, or education services. (Desirable)
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot). (Desirable)
• Experience supporting large[1]scale website projects transitioning into BAU. (Desirable)
Skills and abilities
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across multiple business units.
• Working with internal and external dev teams/suppliers to define requirements and see the project through to delivery.
