Role description
Kettle is a team of passionate, fearless creatives focused on delivering great products, redefining best-practices, and providing new opportunities for our clients.
We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to manage the day-to-day production of digital projects for a leading e-commerce eyewear brand. Youβll be responsible for keeping projects on track, coordinating resources, and ensuring smooth communication between teams and clients. This role requires tactical execution, organization, and attention to detail to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
Project Managers are a central force in making great work. And to make truly great work it takes more than a significant effort (which of course we put in) but the drive to push the client and internal team to create digital experiences that users will love.
Candidates should have:
β’ Experience managing digital projects, ideally in a creative agency or in-house marketing department.
β’ Hands-on experience with production workflows, including resource allocation, scheduling, and coordination.
β’ Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage day-to-day project needs.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to liaise between internal teams and clients.
β’ Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
β’ Accurate and detailed scopes of work and make sure to get the appropriate approvals and POs for invoicing.
β’ Strong knowledge of the digital process β product and social strategy, design, development.
Weβd like to know that you can:
β’ Manage daily project operations, including scheduling, resource coordination, and task assignments to ensure timely execution.
β’ Create content tickets for content managers with requirements (and fielding those requirements from PMs, brand, legal, etc)
β’ Streamline product collection setup, QA, and launch.
β’ Facilitate client communications, providing updates and ensuring that deliverables meet client expectations.
β’ Track project progress, ensuring that tasks stay on schedule and adjusting plans as necessary to address delays or issues.
β’ Assist with quality control, ensuring all work is reviewed and meets both creative and technical standards before moving to the next phase of production.
β’ Support Associate Producers with guidance and ensure alignment across all tasks.
This position will require you to work out of our clientβs office Tuesday through Thursday in New York City.
