About Company AM Law 200 firm Position: Digital & Technology Transactions Associate Location: New York, NY Salary Range: $250,000–$370,000 A leading law firm with a cutting-edge technology practice is seeking a skilled Digital & Technology Transactions Associate with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. About The Role You will serve as a key advisor to high-profile clients across the digital health, consumer electronics, entertainment, and tech industries. This position offers hands-on experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and supporting strategic initiatives involving digital platforms and emerging technologies. Key Responsibilities • Draft and negotiate a broad range of technology-related agreements, including those for software development, SaaS, licensing, and systems integration. • Provide counsel on digital business models, including e-commerce, monetization strategies, and platform operations. • Advise on legal issues related to content delivery, FinTech, AdTech, and digital media. • Assist clients with protecting intellectual property through strategic licensing, collaboration, and distribution deals. • Collaborate cross-functionally with the firm’s M&A and venture capital teams to support transactional matters involving tech assets and innovation. Qualifications • At least 3 years of experience in technology and digital transactions at a law firm or in-house legal department. • Strong academic background with excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to interface directly with clients and manage complex legal matters independently. • Admitted to the New York State Bar and in good standing.
