The ideal candidate will have experience with: • Drafting and negotiating agreements involving software development, SaaS, technology licensing, and systems implementation • Advising on matters involving content management, ad tech, FinTech, or digital media • Supporting digital platform transactions, e-commerce, and monetization strategies • IP protection through licensing, distribution, and development agreements This nationally recognized group advises high-profile clients in the technology, entertainment, consumer electronics, and digital health sectors. The role includes direct client interaction and close collaboration with the firms M&A and venture capital practices.
