Role description
Luminize Marketing is seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Client Services, eCommerce to lead our Brand Management, Content, and Advertising departments. This role requires a dynamic leader with extensive experience in Amazon services, strong people management skills, and a proven ability to drive operational efficiency and client satisfaction. This role will work onsite in Symphony Towers (92101).
Key Responsibilities
Department Oversight:
β’ Manage and provide strategic direction for Brand Management, Content, and Advertising departments.
β’ Ensure alignment across departments to deliver cohesive and impactful client solutions.
Team Leadership
β’ Lead and mentor department leads, ensuring they have the support and guidance needed to succeed.
β’ Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Client Success
β’ Collaborate with teams to solve client issues and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
β’ Act as an escalation point for client concerns, providing solutions that align with company goals.
Operational Efficiency
β’ Identify and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and quality of services.
β’ Monitor department KPIs and ensure consistent performance improvements.
Training And Development
β’ Oversee training initiatives to upskill team members and maintain expertise in Amazon-related services.
β’ Develop and implement processes for onboarding and professional development.
Strategic Initiatives
β’ Partner with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and expand service offerings.
β’ Stay updated on Amazon trends and best practices, ensuring strategies remain cutting-edge.
People Management

Requirements:
β’ Extensive experience in Amazon services, particularly in Brand Management, Content, and Advertising roles.
β’ Proven leadership experience, including managing multiple departments or large teams.
β’ Strong understanding of Amazonβs platform, tools, and strategies.
β’ Excellent client relationship management skills, with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
β’ Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
β’ Experience in process improvement and driving operational efficiency.
β’ Outstanding communication, organizational, and people management skills.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Competitive Compensation depending on Experience: $150,000-$225,000.
