About the Role

Key Responsibilities
• Architect and evolve scalable cloud-based data platforms supporting unified customer identity and behavioral insights.
• Integrate first- and third-party data to power personalization engines and identity graphs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize digital commerce journeys—from login to checkout—using intelligent search and recommendation systems.
• Develop strategies for first-party identity capture, consent management, and global privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Lead the development of catalog ingestion, enrichment, and classification systems for the company’s extensive semiconductor portfolio.
• Enhance search functionality for complex product attributes and cross-referencing.
• Establish performance analytics frameworks for customer interaction and product discovery.
• Champion experimentation and AI/ML investments for personalization and real-time offers.
• Modernize digital data infrastructure with scalable APIs, microservices, and CI/CD workflows.
• Mentor and lead engineering, analytics, and architecture teams across global digital initiatives.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
