A Day in the Life
We are seeking a forward-thinking and strategic leader to join the Global Marketing team as the Director, Digital Center of Excellence (COE). In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital marketing for Medtronic Diabetes. What You’ll Own
Digital Strategy & Leadership
• Establish and lead the Global Digital Center of Excellence (COE), setting the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital tools, operations, and capabilities
• Champion the integration of AI, GPT, and other emerging technologies to create smarter, more personalized customer experiences and turbocharge content creation.
• Collaborate directly with the CMO and senior leadership to align digital strategies with our overarching global marketing and business goals.
MarTech Stack & Digital Tools
• Own the design, implementation, and evolution of our marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems and alignment with global priorities.
• Manage and continuously improve digital tools and platforms to maximize efficiency, scalability, and accessibility for regional teams.
Content Design & Digital Operations
• Lead the creation of engaging, high-quality digital content that resonates with diverse global audiences while staying true to the Minimed brand.
• Streamline digital operations and processes, making content creation, localization, and deployment frictionless across regions.
Global Collaboration & Regional Enablement
• Partner with regional marketing teams to deliver expertise, tools, and playbooks that empower localized execution while maintaining global consistency.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing, ensuring best practices are scaled across the organization.
Performance & Optimization
• Define success metrics and track KPIs to measure the impact of digital initiatives, driving continuous improvement and ROI optimization.

Transformation & Team Leadership
• Recruit, inspire, and develop a high-performing Digital COE team, cultivating a culture of curiosity, accountability, and innovation.

What You Bring To The Table
Must-Have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in global digital marketing, marketing technology, or related fields, with at least 7 years in leadership roles or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience.
Nice-to-Have:
• Proven success in managing digital tools, MarTech platforms, and AI/GPT-driven solutions.
• Deep expertise in consumer, healthcare provider (HCP), and channel-specific digital marketing strategies. Bonus points for experience in diabetes therapy management (e.g., CGMs, insulin pens, and pumps).
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization, collaborating across regions and functions.
• A track record of leading digital transformation and managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Hands-on experience with offshore or remote teams and global capability centers.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$192,000.00 - $288,000.00
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
This position is eligible for an annual long-term incentive plan.
The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
