We are seeking a strategically-minded and executional-driven Director of Digital Experience to lead and elevate the digital consumer journey across our US Ecommerce platforms – levi.com and the Levi's Mobile App. You will oversee A/B testing, creative operations, and content strategy, ensuring we are delivering a best-in-class experience that drives engagement, conversion, and brand loyalty. You will also drive implementation of tactics to unlock the next chapter of growth for our mobile app, executing against a new strategic vision, crafted in partnership with our Digital Strategist. You will work with global brand creative, brand marketing, UX, product, engineering, site merchandising, and analytics to translate consumer insights into action, optimize performance, and deliver content that resonates across every step of the consumer journey. You will report to the Sr. Director, Digital and Consumer Experience - US Ecommerce.
About The Job
Digital Experience Leadership
• Lead the top-of-funnel digital experience strategy for levi.com, and experience for the US Levi's Mobile App, aligning product vision and feature prioritization with commercial goals, and ensuring timely delivery of roadmap features, in close collaboration with the Digital Product team
• Create a cohesive content and creative vision that balances brand and commercial priorities
• Manage premium-ization initiatives that enhance storytelling, enrich the brand narrative, and create a more elevated shopping experience, driving growth outcomes
• Participate in upcoming site redesign efforts, delivering a modern, immersive, and intuitive interface for consumers
• Champion a consumer-first mindset, grounded in data, experimentation, and optimization
Mobile App
• Partner with the Digital Product team to deliver features and enhancements that improve usability, engagement, and conversion in the app
• Collaborate with omni-channel and retail teams on initiatives such as associate order-in-store, mobile checkout, and QR code-enabled storytelling
• Align app content and features with broader brand campaigns, loyalty program benefits, and in-store experiences to create a seamless omni journey
A/B Testing & Optimization
• Promote A/B testing strategic vision and multi-year roadmap to ensure we are constantly optimizing both site/app performance and testing processes
• Partner with A/B testing lead to develop a annual testing plan informed by competitive benchmarking, consumer insights, and our needs
• Ensure testing plan drives relevant insights to improve channel performance
Creative Operations and Content Strategy
• Collaborate with global brand creative to improve existing ways of working
• Advocate for additional creative assets to support channel growth goals and priorities
• Ensure content and storytelling are seasonally and market relevant, and following competitive landscape
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of managers
• Build strong relationships with global brand creative, brand marketing, UX, product, and site merchandising
• Influence senior leadership with clear communication and data-backed recommendations
About You
• 10+ years prior experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or digital product, with a focus on site / app content and experience
• Functional leader & partner who can influence at any level of management
• Experience leading a team to build successful A/B experiments at scale
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management (DAM) tools
• Experience with Adobe Analytics and Optimizely
This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $144,800-$219,300 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
