Responsibilities:
β’ Creating and implementing strategies to grow sales and profitability within the marketplace channel.
β’ Overseeing day-to-day operations of the marketplace, ensuring smooth functionality and a positive user experience.
β’ Analyzing marketplace performance metrics (sales, conversion rates, customer feedback) and using data to identify areas for improvement.
β’ Developing and executing marketing campaigns to attract buyers and drive traffic to the marketplace.
β’ Building and maintaining strong relationships with marketplace partners and vendors.
β’ Managing and mentoring a team to achieve individual and company goals.
β’ Overseeing the product catalog, ensuring accurate product listings, and optimizing product presentation to maximize sales.
β’ Ensuring compliance with all marketplace policies and regulations.

β’ 6+ years Ecommerce Merchandising/ Category Management, Product, Marketing experience required; preferably with a large/ retail organization in a similar role.
β’ Marketplace Management: In-depth knowledge of online marketplaces and their operations.
β’ Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and execute effective marketplace strategies.
β’ Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing data and using insights to drive decision-making.
β’ Team Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.
β’ Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
β’ E-commerce Expertise: Understanding of e-commerce principles and best practices.
β’ Financial Acumen: Understanding of P&L management and financial forecasting.
β’ Vendor Management: Ability to manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.
