About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic, business-savvy leader to take full ownership of our online retail strategy and execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to drive digital sales, manage cross-functional teams, and scale eCommerce operations. You’ll oversee everything from product listings and digital marketing to team leadership and vendor coordination—bringing strategic thinking and executional excellence to our growing online business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the eCommerce business across platforms like Walmart.com, Amazon, and others—driving revenue, margin, and growth.
• Lead and manage the eCommerce and digital marketing teams, ensuring alignment with brand goals and performance targets.
• Develop and execute digital sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns to increase traffic, conversion, and customer retention.
• Oversee product content and merchandising, ensuring listings are optimized for discoverability and conversion.
• Collaborate with production and operations to ensure inventory, fulfillment, and customer experience are seamless.
• Analyze performance metrics and use data to inform decisions, improve ROI, and identify growth opportunities.
• Stay ahead of trends in digital commerce, consumer behavior, and platform capabilities.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in eCommerce or digital sales, with at least 3 years leading cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment.
• Proven experience running an eCommerce business or digital sales channel.
• Strong understanding of online retail platforms, digital marketing, and merchandising.
• Business-minded with a bias for action—comfortable making decisions and owning outcomes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics is strongly preferred.
