Who We Are
Tenth Avenue Holdings is a collection of consumer-driven businesses and brands that operate and invest in privately and publicly held businesses. Our revenue model centers on providing long-term value through strategic investments and partnerships with brands whose leadership align with ours. Our specialty is providing long-term investment and creating value for our CPG brands, specifically in the e-commerce space.
Overview
We are seeking a Director of Growth to lead strategic performance marketing and revenue initiatives for 5 fast scaling, e-commerce-driven brands in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) space, totaling $80-100 million in sales to date. This role is designed for a bold, data-driven leader with deep experience in digital performance marketing, brand growth, and financial planning. This individual will be accountable for both top-line revenue growth and paid marketing efficiency, and will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team.
What You’ll Do
• Lead and own the entire growth funnel – from customer acquisition and retention to lifetime value optimization across all brands.
• Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies that align with business goals and market trends.
• Manage and scale digital marketing channels (paid social, search, email, affiliate, influencer, SEO, etc.), while exploring new acquisition opportunities.
• Partner with product, creative, and analytics teams to test, learn, and optimize conversion rates across DTC platforms.
• Own the revenue forecast, marketing P&L, CAC/LTV modeling, and customer segmentation strategies.
• Act as the internal CRO by building and executing go-to-market plans across DTC, wholesale, and emerging sales channels.
• Develop a visionary partnership strategy that prioritizes culturally relevant, bold collaborations to amplify brand reach and engagement.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key partners, influencers, and creators that align with and drive our consumer connection.
• Manage end-to-end partnership execution, delivering integrated marketing campaigns that resonate across global markets.
• Drive brand awareness, new customer acquisition, and retention through performance and brand marketing initiatives.
• Oversee a high-performing team across marketing, e-commerce, growth analytics, and retention.
• Identify key consumer trends, market opportunities, and partnerships to fuel expansion.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team on strategic planning, budgeting, and board reporting.
Who You Are
• 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, revenue leadership, or general management in e-commerce or CPG environments.
• Expert on all things Paid Search; proven ability to manage budgets, run campaigns, and sit in the driver's seat of all business decisions related to paid search.
• Demonstrated success leading high-growth DTC brands through scaling phases ($20M–$100M+ revenue ideal).
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and financial modeling skills.
• Deep understanding of modern growth channels and marketing tech stacks (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, Klaviyo, Shopify, GA4).
• Proven experience building and leading high-performance, cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills, with executive presence and the ability to influence across all levels of an organization.
We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, disability status or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations and ordinances.
