We’re looking for a Director of Media Buying to take our paid media strategy to the next level. Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute innovative paid media strategies that maximize ROAS and drive scalable revenue growth across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads, and emerging platforms.
• Manage and optimize multi-channel ad campaigns daily—analyzing KPIs, refining bids, audience targeting, and creative assets to continually improve efficiency and performance.
• Leverage a deep understanding of consumer psychology and full-funnel marketing to craft, test, and optimize customer journeys that drive conversion and long-term value.
• Lead A/B testing initiatives in collaboration with Performance Creative and cross-functional partners, using insights to unlock new growth levers and scale profitably.
• Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize high-converting ad assets that resonate emotionally and strategically with defined audience segments.
• Strategically manage and allocate large-scale media budgets (>$1M/month), ensuring optimal spend efficiency and return on investment.
• Stay ahead of trends, platform algorithm updates, AI tools, and advanced media buying techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
• Deliver clear, actionable performance reporting and strategic insights to internal stakeholders, translating complex data into meaningful business decisions.
Qualifications & Experience
• 7+ years of experience in performance marketing
• Deep expertise in direct response e-commerce marketing, including creative strategy, media execution, and funnel optimization. Knowledge of the full customer journey and how each touchpoint impacts conversion.
• Demonstrated success optimizing campaigns for ROAS, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
• Analytical mindset with strong proficiency in data platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) and Excel; able to spot trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to influence and collaborate on ad creative and messaging for improved performance.
• Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with rapidly evolving priorities.
• Strategic thinker and hands-on executor capable of owning both high-level planning and granular campaign management.
