Role description
AFM is a top-tier TikTok Shop Partner agency and one of the earliest official TikTok marketing service providers. We specialize in helping brands scale through high-performing livestreams and creator-led content. With deep platform knowledge and a results-driven team, we empower consumer brands across beauty, lifestyle, wellness, and more. We are looking for an experienced and strategic Livestream Director to lead TikTok Shop campaigns and shape livestream strategy across multiple verticals. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, content, and performance. You will work closely with creators, hosts, internal teams, and brand partners to deliver measurable success in sales and engagement. Responsibilities include: • Acting as a strategic advisor to brand clients, providing recommendations that drive GMV and user growth • Leading performance analysis on traffic, conversion, engagement, and host delivery • Designing and optimizing livestream formats, scheduling, product selection, and storytelling structure • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including operations, content, host management, and TikTok platform reps • Presenting performance reports and campaign insights to internal and external stakeholders • Contributing to business development with insights on category growth, competitor trends, and new opportunities Requirements: • 3 to 5+ years of experience in livestream commerce, digital marketing, or eCommerce strategy • Proven success managing or scaling TikTok Live or other livestream platforms • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn complex data into clear, strategic direction • Deep understanding of TikTok Shop, livestream tools, and creator engagement • Excellent communication and presentation abilities • Fluency in both English and Mandarin • Strong project management skills and comfort working in a fast-paced environment • Availability to work onsite in Long Island City, NY, Tuesday to Saturday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (1-hour break) Compensation is based on experience and performance. One-month probationary period applies.
