What You’ll Do:
As a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our ecommerce sales operations and delivering a seamless experience to our customers. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams including supply chain, customer service, licensing, and design, while managing the backend operations for several ecommerce platforms.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Support daily operations of ecommerce accounts across multiple platforms (Amazon, Fanatics, eBay, Shopify, and company-owned sites)
Process and manage ecommerce orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment
Pull Amazon and Shopify orders daily and track progress
Monitor open orders and coordinate with supply chain to meet delivery timelines
Provide inventory updates to ecommerce partners
Maintain independent rep art portal for dropship customers
Assist with the creation and implementation of new dropship programs
Handle Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) and coordinate EDI communications
Collaborate with sales reps and finance on issue resolution, credits, and order discrepancies
What You Bring to the Table:
Must-Have Skills:
2–4 years of experience in ecommerce, retail sales support, or account coordination
Solid Microsoft Excel skills – confident in analyzing and manipulating data
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
Nice-to-Have Experience:
Familiarity with platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, or eBay
Experience with digital marketing or understanding of SEO
Exposure to EDI, inventory management systems, or ecommerce analytics tools
