Responsibilities:
β’ Lead seasonal and in-season bulk buy planning across multiple brands
β’ Monitor and manage inventory feeds to ensure availability and accuracy
β’ Oversee product setup processes, ensuring timely and accurate style launches
β’ Track sell-through and analyze performance to inform future buy strategies
β’ Build and maintain weekly dashboards and performance reports for internal and executive teams
β’ Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external brand partners to align on product, inventory, and promotional plans
β’ Partner with Design and Merchandising to curate and maintain a customer-focused assortment that aligns with brand strategy and market demand
Qualifications:
β’ 3+ years of experience in e-commerce buying or merchandising
β’ Advanced Excel skills; experience with business intelligence tools is a plus
β’ Strong analytical and organizational abilities with a high attention to detail
β’ Comfortable managing multiple brands and product categories simultaneously
β’ Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
