Overview
Bask & Lather is a rapidly scaling beauty brand rooted in healthy hair and scalp care. We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented E-Commerce Manager to oversee, optimize, and grow our digital commerce channels across Shopify Plus, Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and emerging marketplaces.
This role manages the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, ensures flawless execution of campaigns and launches, and supports measurable revenue growth. The E-Commerce Manager will bring proven Shopify Plus experience and expertise in CRO, SEO, merchandising, bundling strategies, pricing optimization, and A/B testing, with a strong track record of managing and scaling e-commerce sales.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Growth
• Execute DTC and marketplace strategies to support category growth, new launches, and seasonal campaigns.
• Assist with revenue forecasting and highlight risks or opportunities for improvement.
• Support expansion of Amazon, international marketplaces, and social commerce to drive growth while maintaining profitability and brand consistency.
• Implement and maintain strategies for subscription growth, retention, upsells, and repeat purchase behavior.
• Coordinate with Growth, Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Product teams to ensure e-commerce execution supports overall priorities.
Platform & Tech Stack Management
• Manage and optimize the Shopify Plus site: navigation, merchandising, PDPs, collections, cart, checkout, quizzes, and post-purchase experience.
• Maintain Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop storefronts with accurate, compelling product listings and enhanced content.
• Help manage and optimize loyalty programs, subscriptions, reviews, email/SMS integrations, and other platform tools.
• Collaborate with Paid Media teams on landing pages and with Product teams to ensure PDPs showcase features and launches effectively.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & UX
• Run A/B testing and UX experiments to improve conversion rate, AOV, and retention.
• Must have proven experience with effective bundling and pricing strategies.
• Analyze KPIs (conversion, revenue, bounce rate, traffic flow) via GA4, Shopify Analytics, and CRO tools, and provide action steps.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry best practices, recommending improvements for CRO, SEO, merchandising, and mobile experience.
Execution & Customer Experience
• Coordinate seamless execution of product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns across all e-commerce channels.
• Support a consistent customer experience for both consumers and salon professionals.
• Ensure promotional calendars are executed on schedule and aligned with GTM campaigns.
• Work with Operations to track inventory accuracy and availability.
• Partner with Customer Experience to ensure FAQs, support resources, and readiness for launches and promotions.
Reporting & Collaboration
• Track and report on e-commerce KPIs, sharing insights and performance updates with leadership.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve results and support growth.
• Stay informed on platform updates, compliance needs, and e-commerce trends to keep Bask & Lather competitive.
Qualifications
• 4–6 years of e-commerce management experience, including at least 2+ years managing Shopify Plus (required).
• Demonstrated success managing and optimizing e-commerce revenue across Shopify Plus and marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop).
• Strong knowledge of CRO, SEO, A/B testing, merchandising, bundling, and pricing strategies.
• Analytical skills with proficiency in GA4, Shopify Analytics, Hotjar, or similar tools.
