We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce/Marketing Associate to support the operations and content creation efforts of our growing online business. This hybrid role combines e-commerce management with creative responsibilities, including assisting with photoshoots and helping generate engaging social media content. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and excited to contribute both behind the scenes and in front of the camera when needed.
Key Responsibilities:E-commerce Operations:
Maintain and update product listings on Shopify and Ecomm Google Sheet.
Upload product imagery, write compelling descriptions, and ensure accurate pricing and inventory
Collaborate with marketing for seasonal campaigns, new product drops, and promotions
Process orders, manage returns, and respond to customer service inquiries
Monitor product availability and perform regular audits for accuracy
Track key metrics like conversion rates, product performance, and customer feedback
Photoshoot Assistant Duties:
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing product and lifestyle photoshoots
Prep and style products; steam garments or arrange props as needed
Set up and break down backdrops, lights, and gear for shoots
Help track shot lists and ensure all necessary angles and products are captured
Support the creative team in curating high-quality visuals that reflect brand standards
Assistant Social Media Content Creator Duties:
Assist in brainstorming and creating short-form content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
Help film and edit videos or take behind-the-scenes photos during product shoots or events
Organize digital assets (photos, videos, captions) and schedule posts using content calendars
Monitor trends on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms to recommend timely content ideas
Occasionally appear on camera for tutorials, unboxings, or brand-related content (optional, but a plus)
Track performance of social media posts and assist in reporting key engagement metrics
Qualifications:
Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, Photography, or a related field (preferred, not required)
1β2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or content creation
Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or similar platforms
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Lightroom, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut
Working knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and scheduling tools (Later, Planoly, Hootsuite, etc.)
Detail-oriented with a strong eye for aesthetics and trends
Comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative environments
Basic knowledge of SEO and analytics tools is a plus
Preferred Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Confidence in front of or behind the camera
Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting
