About Us We are a leading home furnishings company with strong presence across major online marketplaces, direct-to-consumer (DTC) platforms, and emerging global channels. Our sales span Amazon, Walmart, Target, TikTok, Shein, Temu, eBay, and more, with plans to expand further. To stay ahead of the market, we are investing in AI-powered tools to transform how we market, analyze, and grow our e-commerce business. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are seeking an E-commerce Marketing & Insights Manager who will focus on marketing, analytics, and market research, while also leading product development strategy. The ideal candidate will use AI-powered tools to generate insights, optimize campaigns, and guide the creation of new products that meet consumer demand. While daily operations are handled by our overseas team, this role requires hands-on e-commerce experience with at least one major channel to oversee execution and ensure strategic alignment. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Growth β€’ Manage and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, TikTok Ads, etc.) using AI-driven tools. β€’ Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Reddit, YouTube, and TikTok, leveraging AI for targeting, creative, and performance optimization. β€’ Use AI creative platforms (MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI) to produce engaging ad assets. Market Research & Insights β€’ Build and maintain AI-powered dashboards to monitor sales trends, ad performance, and consumer behavior. β€’ Provide actionable insights for pricing, promotions, and assortment strategies. β€’ Use AI/BI tools to track competitor activities, identify emerging consumer trends, and conduct GEO-targeted analysis. β€’ Translate research into marketing and product strategies. Product Development β€’ Lead collaboration with the product team on new product design, pricing, and positioning. β€’ Provide AI-driven insights on assortment planning and go-to-market strategies. β€’ Ensure alignment between product pipeline and customer demand. Operations Oversight β€’ Partner with the overseas operations team managing daily account tasks. β€’ Provide direction, ensure consistency, and align execution with overall strategy. Qualifications β€’ 3+ years’ hands-on experience managing at least one major channel’s operations β€’ Proven use of AI and automation tools for marketing, analytics, and creativity (CommerceIQ, Pacvue, SimilarWeb, Semrush, Ahrefs, MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, Klaviyo, etc.). β€’ Strong knowledge of paid media platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads. β€’ Skilled in interpreting data and turning insights into actionable strategies. β€’ Excellent communication skills; able to collaborate with international teammates across time zones. β€’ Background in home furnishings, textiles, or consumer goods is a plus. Preferred β€’ Ability to work onsite (highly preferred) with hybrid flexibility. β€’ Passion for AI innovation and eagerness to experiment with new tools that drive performance.
