We are expanding rapidly and seeking a proactive E-commerce & Marketplace Coordinator to own day-to-day operations across our Shopify storefront and marketplace channels.
Position Summary
The E-commerce & Marketplace Coordinator will take ownership of coordinating stock management, promotions/coupons, and site merchandising to ensure seamless shopping experiences across Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and additional marketplaces. This role requires strong attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to anticipate issues before they arise.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Stock Management
• Own day-to-day monitoring of stock across Shopify and marketplaces.
• Partner with Operations to proactively flag low inventory and coordinate replenishment.
• Ensure product variations, bundles, and kits are live and accurate.
Promotions & Coupons
• Build, launch, and QA discounts, coupons, and sitewide promotions.
• Partner with Marketing to execute campaigns and ensure flawless activation across platforms.
• Track promotion performance and recommend optimization strategies.
Site Merchandising
• Manage Shopify collections, homepage updates, product sorting, and navigation.
• Upload and optimize new product listings with images, copy, SEO tags, and attributes.
• Collaborate with E-Commerce Manager, creative and marketing to align merchandising with launches and campaigns.
Marketplace Operations
• Own product listing updates, content accuracy, and compliance across marketplaces.
• Activate and manage coupons, deals, and promotions in Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, and TikTok Shop.
• Monitor competitor activity and share insights for improved positioning.
Reporting & Insights
• Provide weekly performance reports on inventory, promotions, and merchandising.
• Identify gaps and propose improvements to drive conversion and reduce friction.
• Collaborate with the E-commerce Manager and Director of Operations on growth opportunities.
Qualifications
• 3–5 years of e-commerce experience with Shopify required; marketplace experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage promotions, stock, and merchandising with minimal oversight.
• Strong technical skills in Shopify admin, product upload, and marketplace seller platforms.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive problem solver.
• Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Excel/Google Sheets proficiency; experience with reporting dashboards a plus.
