Location: On-site in Huntersville, NC Compensation: $22–$26 per hour (Full-Time, W2) About Rustic & Main Rustic & Main is a handcrafted jewelry brand specializing in meaningful wedding bands and custom engagement rings. From our workshop and showroom in Huntersville, NC, we help customers tell their stories through intentional design and timeless craftsmanship. Whether it’s a one-of-a-kind engagement ring or a heritage-inspired wedding band, our work blends personalization, quality, and purpose. We believe jewelry should be more than beautiful—it should carry meaning. Role Overview We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized eCommerce Product Specialist to manage our online and in-store product catalog, including inventory of finished products, raw materials, precious stones, and findings. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to maintain accurate product data and inventory systems—ensuring everything is accounted for and represented clearly across our platforms. You’ll work closely with our production, marketing, and retail teams to keep both our digital storefront and our physical product inventory clean, current, and well-organized. Key Responsibilities • Product Management (Online): Add and update product listings in Shopify, including descriptions, specifications, tags, photography, and metadata. • Inventory Oversight (Online & In-Store): Maintain accurate records for finished goods, loose gemstones, precious metals, and findings in our inventory system. • Material Cataloging: Organize and track raw materials such as diamonds, sapphires, tourmalines, moissanite, gold findings, and other components used in fine jewelry production. • Quality Control: Perform regular audits of product listings and physical inventory to ensure accuracy and consistency. • Organization & Accessibility: Ensure all materials and products are clearly labeled, properly stored, and easily accessible to production and retail staff. • Cross-Team Communication: Work with production and marketing teams to ensure accurate lead times, pricing, and availability across all platforms. • Process Optimization: Assist in developing and refining workflows for catalog updates, material tracking, and product lifecycle management. Qualifications • 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce, product catalog management, inventory coordination, or retail operations. • Familiarity with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms preferred. • Prior experience in the fine jewelry industry or with gemstone/inventory tracking is a strong plus. • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset. • Comfortable managing spreadsheets and digital tools for inventory and asset tracking. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments. • Strong communication skills and a commitment to quality and consistency. What We Offer • A collaborative and mission-driven team environment • PTO & Paid Holidays • Competitive hourly wage with potential for advancement • Employee discounts on our handcrafted jewelry and materials • A chance to contribute to a brand that values precision, heritage, and craftsmanship
