Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-Commerce and Sales Associate located in New York, NY. The E-Commerce and Sales Associate will be responsible for managing online sales channels, updating product listings, and tracking inventory. The role involves maintaining relationships with customers, handling order processing, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the associate will assist in executing sales strategies, analyzing sales data, and generating reports.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Operations
β’ Manage product uploads and updates across Shopify, Farfetch, Amazon, and other platforms
β’ Maintain product information, inventory levels, and promotional content
β’ Fulfill online orders, manage returns, and provide timely customer service via email
β’ Assist in SEO improvements and support seasonal launches and promotional campaigns
β’ Generate and analyze weekly and monthly sales reports
Sales & Retail Support
β’ Deliver a high-touch client experience through personalized styling and in-store appointments
β’ Maintain a polished, appointment-ready showroom in alignment with MONSE standards
β’ Assist with sample shipments for editorial shoots and sales presentations
β’ Support cross-functional projects to improve operational workflows
Logistics & Wholesale Coordination
β’ Liaise with the warehouse to manage outbound shipments and inventory movement
β’ Create and manage shipping documents and ensure timely delivery to wholesale partners
β’ Provide status updates to clients and internal teams
Qualifications
β’ 1+ years of experience in e-commerce, retail, wholesale, or operations (fashion preferred)
β’ Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Farfetch, and Amazon
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office Suite
