Job OverviewWe are seeking an e-commerce Specialist who is passionate about Computer Peripherals, Auto Electronics & CCTV Systems, with experience in managing the Amazon ecosystem to drive profitable sales of the company’s products. You will work closely with the Director of eCommerce and be responsible for managing the entire product line in a specific region or overseeing a brand’s presence across all areas, encompassing all tasks to grow our online business. Duties Manage Amazon U.S online business as well as other regions, such as Canada and the UK. Lead day-to-day management of the Amazon Seller account, manage listing and pricing, and ensure strong operational execution, sales performance, and brand representation. Responding to customers’ messages, managing and updating the product catalog, and performing data analysis. Execute and optimize Amazon Advertising to drive discoverability and ROAS. Monitor stock levels, Buy Box ownership, pricing, and customer reviews to protect sales and brand integrity. Working with Sales in other regions on listing improvement, and with warehouse managers on sending or replenishing FBA inventory, and solving FBA issues. Experience Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field. 5+ years of experience in E-commerce/Amazon. Proven E-commerce sales success track record Strong understanding of E-commerce Marketplaces. Ability to write proper product descriptions and utilize appropriate imagery. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail. Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software, and third-party Amazon tools or APPs.
