Position title : E-Commerce Specialist Responsibilities Upload and update product listings on Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Shopify. Create advertising materials, email campaigns, and social media content. Manage inventory, forecast demand, and report on performance. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email; maintain effective communication. Monitor and report updates to FDA-compliant product claims and descriptions. Handle customer claims, including shipping replacement or new products as needed. Skills 3 to 5 years of relevant experience Hands-on experience in product listing and updates on Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Shopify Proven experience in creating email campaigns, advertisements, and social media content Prior knowledge of the medical device industry is a plus Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is preferred ※Only applicants who are legally permitted to work in the U.S. and possess professional fluency in both Korean and English will be considered.
