About the Role β What Youβll Be Doing
We're looking for a sharp, tech-savvy E-Commerce Support Specialist with strong eBay experience and automotive knowledge to support and grow our online sales channels. This is a full-time, in-office position where you'll handle customer communications, offers, order issues, and product listings β primarily through eBay, but also via phone, chat, email, and social platforms.
Responsibilities:
β’ Respond quickly and professionally to messages on eBay, chat, social media, email, phone, and SMS
β’ Negotiate offers and respond to inquiries within 5 minutes when possible
β’ Resolve issues such as returns or order problems to protect seller ratings
β’ Monitor and respond to customer feedback and escalate trends or concerns
β’ Collaborate with inventory staff to ensure listings reflect real-time availability
β’ Identify repeat customer questions to help improve listing accuracy and clarity
Requirements and Qualifications:
β’ Experience managing an eBay store or selling products on eBay (strongly preferred)
β’ Familiarity with auto parts, vehicle systems, or mechanical terminology (strongly preferred)
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
β’ Comfort with fast-paced multitasking and digital tools
β’ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
β’ A positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction
Physical Demands:
β’ Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
β’ Engaging in extended phone conversations and online communication
β’ Ability to focus for long periods and manage time-sensitive tasks under pressure
β’ Ability to remain professional and composed while handling difficult customers or stressful situations
