E-Commerce Associate Aflalo is hiring a detail-oriented, highly organized E-Commerce Associate to support daily operations across fulfillment, customer experience, and website management. This is an entry-level role with meaningful growth potential, ideal for someone who thrives on precision, communication, and beautiful presentation. You’ll ensure that every order is packed with care, every product is merchandised thoughtfully online, and every customer interaction reflects the tone and values of the brand. You’ll also support post-shoot asset management and sample coordination, helping to bring collections to life digitally. Responsibilities: • Assist in managing e-commerce merchandising, promotions, and launches • Upload products to the website and ensure PDP accuracy: copy, pricing, tags, and imagery • Respond to customer emails with warmth, clarity, and professionalism • Coordinate product samples for shoots and VIP placements • Support shoot logistics: shotlists, postproduction tracking, asset uploads • Maintain an organized studio, fulfillment space, and sample closet • Share customer insights or site issues with the broader team Qualifications: • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented • Strong written communication skills • Calm, thoughtful, and solutions-oriented • Comfortable with physical tasks and hands-on work • Proficient in Google Sheets and basic e-commerce platforms (Shopify a plus) • Interest in fashion, quality, and luxury customer experience • Based in NYC and able to work on-site in SoHo
