Ecommerce Coordinator Position Summary: We’re looking for an Ecommerce Coordinator with strong Shopify experience and a data-driven mindset. You’ll play a key role in managing and optimizing our online store, from product launches to on-site merchandising, with a sharp focus on performance metrics like conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and sessions. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable using data to drive day-to-day decisions. Key Responsibilities: • Support the daily operations and content management of our Shopify site, Amazon, and retail.com platforms • Manage product setup, collection merchandising, site navigation, content blocks, metafields, discounting, and promotional calendar • Monitor and analyze ecommerce performance metrics including conversion rate, AOV, bounce rate, and traffic using tools like Triple Whale, Shopify Analytics, and other third-party platforms • Identify and resolve on-site friction points to improve the customer journey and drive revenue • Support QA and implementation of Shopify 2.0 features, templates, and app integrations • Assist with PDP enhancements and digital storefront optimization across Amazon and retail.com • Coordinate with internal teams on stock availability, order tracking, and inventory updates • Stay across emerging ecommerce trends and platform updates to bring new ideas forward What You Bring: • 3+ years of experience in ecommerce or digital operations, ideally within beauty or consumer products • Deep working knowledge of Shopify 2.0 including metafields, templates, content management, and troubleshooting • Strong analytical skills with experience using Shopify Analytics and reporting tools such as Triple Whale • Familiarity with Klaviyo for flows, campaigns, and segmentation • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to juggle multiple priorities • Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field • Must be based in NYC and available to work from our Manhattan office 4 days per week
