E-commerce Department Manager Location: Parsippany, NJ (Onsite) Base Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 We are seeking an experienced and strategic E-commerce Department Manager to lead our online sales division. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape for high-value consumer electronics, with a strong preference for experience in the appliance sector. Responsibilities: • Manage and grow our e-commerce business, focusing on key channel partners. • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, improve brand visibility, and optimize product listings. • Negotiate and manage terms, margins, and promotional activities with channel partners. • Build and maintain strong relationships with major retailers, specifically The Home Depot and Lowe's. • Develop a deep understanding of and navigate channel rules to ensure our products are competitive and well-positioned. Qualifications: • Business-level proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required. • Demonstrated experience in e-commerce for high-value consumer electronics or appliances. • Proven track record of managing and understanding key channel rules, including term negotiation, margin analysis, and strategies for improving product ranking. • Experience with The Home Depot and Lowe's as channel partners is highly desired. • Experience with other major retailers like Best Buy, Target, and Costco is a plus. • Strong relationship management skills with a focus on retail partnerships.
