Location: Norwich (Hybrid – 2–3 days in the office)
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum
About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive and commercially minded E-commerce Executive to join our growing team in Norwich. This role is perfect for someone with strong e-commerce experience who is looking to take ownership of driving online sales, optimising digital channels, and enhancing the overall customer journey.
Working closely with the wider marketing and product teams, you will manage day-to-day trading activity across our e-commerce platforms, ensuring products, promotions, and campaigns deliver strong results.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the day-to-day running of our e-commerce website(s), ensuring content, products, and pricing are accurate and up to date.
• Support online trading performance, including sales analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
• Plan and deliver promotional campaigns and merchandising strategies to drive sales.
• Optimise product listings, categories, and on-site search for conversion and SEO.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver digital campaigns across email, paid media, and social channels.
• Monitor website analytics and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage relationships with third-party platforms, partners, and suppliers.
• Ensure website functionality, UX, and mobile responsiveness meet customer expectations.
• Keep up to date with e-commerce and digital marketing trends, applying best practices to maximise performance.
Skills & Experience Required
• Proven experience in an e-commerce role (2+ years), ideally within a B2C environment.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar).
• Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and other reporting tools.
• Commercial awareness with experience in online trading and merchandising.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
Desirable Skills
• Experience in SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
• Knowledge of CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS.
• Familiarity with tools such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or HubSpot.
• Experience working with marketplaces (Amazon, eBay).
