We're seeking a detail-oriented and creative Product Listing Specialist to join our Product Department. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining product listings, optimizing content for SEO, editing images, and collaborating across teams to ensure our catalog is accurate, engaging, and easy to navigate. Two shifts available: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Experience Proven experience using Adobe Photoshop (2025) or similar software Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Google Docs, chat and file transfer tools Strong keyboarding and computer skills Prior experience in product listing, content creation, or eCommerce Responsibilities Create and update listings using vendor materials and online sources, ensuring accurate categorization and tagging products for searchability. Write and revise product descriptions, featured highlights and box contents. Edit product images using Adobe Photoshop 2025, capture and edit photos when stock images are not available. Make pricing decisions using established guidelines. Recommend new products and monitor industry trends. Collaborate internally to resolve listing issues. Maintain positive vendor relationships. Support team goals and contribute to a collaborative work environment. Required Skills Critical thinking and flexibility in a fast-paced environment. Experience · Proven experience in purchasing, inventory management, supply chain or a related field, preferably in eCommerce or retail. · Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Google Sheets Responsibilities · Inventory analysis and management, including monitoring sales trends. · Price and reprice products to optimize inventory turnover. · Collaborate internally to support the overall buying strategy. · Develop and maintain positive vendor relations, confirming order fulfillment, addressing discrepancies, handling cancellations and monitoring fulfillment schedule. · Place purchase orders via email, websites and vendor portals, monitoring vendor communication effectively. Required Skills · Skilled in analyzing sales data, inventory trends and ensuring accuracy on orders, invoices and in reporting. · Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills. · Proficient computer and keyboarding skills; knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Google Sheets. · Ability to resolve issues and manage change. · Positive and upbeat attitude; fostering pride in being a part of BBTS! · Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
