Our client is searching for an E-Commerce Account Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping their online presence and strategy for brands within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. The ideal candidate will drive brand visibility, engagement, and sales growth across digital platforms and E-Commerce channels. They will combine strategic thinking, creativity, and leadership to ensure their brands excel in the E-Commerce landscape. This role is fully remote.
JOB DUTIES:
Strategy Development and Execution:
• Develop and implement comprehensive social commerce strategies to maximize brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align e-commerce initiatives with overall brand goals and objectives.
• Identify emerging trends in social commerce and e-commerce to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation.
Platform and Channel Management:
• Manage brand presence across various digital platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social commerce marketplaces).
• Oversee product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities on e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor shop health daily and collaborate internally to improve SLA metrics.
• Monitor system synchronization across products, inventory, and orders.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
• Analyze and interpret performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
• Provide regular reports on key performance indicators, sales trends, and campaign effectiveness to stakeholders.
Customer Engagement:
• Foster a direct connection with consumers through CRM initiatives
• Coordinate affiliate sampling to participate in interactive and engaging content, live shopping events, and influencer partnerships.
• Collaborate with customer service teams to address inquiries and feedback, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience.
Collaboration and Leadership:
• Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to create cohesive and impactful campaigns.
• Lead relationships with external partners, including digital agencies, influencers, and platform representatives.
• Develop standard operating procedures to streamline processes
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in social commerce, E-commerce, or digital marketing. CPG industry experience is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and engagement through social commerce channels.
• Strong understanding of E-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Creativity and a passion for staying ahead of digital and social commerce trends.
SALARY: Up to $85,000 per year
