They are a wonderful mission led business with a fantastic vision to make people feel happier and healthier! This role is a brand-new hire to the business; you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance of their Shopify website and associated eCommerce platforms including TikTok Shop. You will be responsible for enhancing the online customer journey through CRO amends, platform integrations and technical troubleshooting. You will also help to manage the Amazon and Paid Media Agency. You will report into the MD and work cross functional with Marketing & Operations to deliver an exceptional online experience for their customers and rapidly grow their eCommerce sales channel from a solid baseline.
