To support this mission, we are hiring a dedicated Walmart eCommerce Manager who will own and execute the strategy for Walmart.com. Acting as the primary steward of our digital business with Walmart, this person will align strategy with flawless execution to maximize tonies® performance on Walmart.com.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of digital strategy, operations, and execution. You’ll be embedded in Bentonville, working closely with Walmart to shape tonies®’ online success. Internally, you’ll serve as the critical link between eComm, marketing, supply chain, and finance—ensuring every part of the business is aligned to deliver against Walmart’s aggressive online goals.
What You’ll Do:
1. Own the Walmart.com Strategy & Site Experience
• Lead the end-to-end site strategy for tonies® on Walmart.com and Samsclub.com for both 1P and 3P marketplace channels.
• Manage and optimize product pages, assortment, pricing consistency, and digital merchandising to drive traffic, conversion, and sales.
• Audit regularly to close gaps and elevate digital shelf performance.
• Partner with internal teams to flag and take action on unauthorised 3P sellers.
• Partner with Walmart teams to implement site improvements and align with Walmart’s eComm initiatives.
1. Execute with Excellence
• Work closely with the Walmart Account Lead to drive initiatives that support Walmart’s online growth targets.
• Ensure day-to-day site readiness: product listings, inventory health, pricing accuracy, and enhanced content for both 1P and 3P items.
• Drive execution of full assortment availability, A+ content optimization, and day-and-date product launches.
1. Collaborate Internally for Seamless Operations
Partner extensively with:
• Accounts Receivable – ensuring invoicing and payment processes run smoothly.
• Operations & Supply Chain Planning – aligning inventory forecasting and avoiding stock-outs.
• Trade & Mass Marketing Managers – coordinating promotions and campaigns that drive eComm growth.
• eCommerce Department – ensuring digital strategy and content align across channels.
1. Measure & Drive Performance
• Own Walmart.com performance KPIs (sales, listing quality, conversion, availability, digital shelf share).
• Use analytics to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective actions.
• Provide clear reporting and insights to leadership and Walmart partners.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce site management, digital retail, and marketplace strategy.
• Proven success in driving growth on Walmart.com/Samsclub.com.
• Strong understanding of digital merchandising, retail media, and content optimization.
• Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
• Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills. You get things done; you act thoughtfully and quickly.
